Thread: Costume Alteration question for Legend Skirts

For those of you who have had a Legend costume, the bra/skirt kind, you know that the top of the skirt is not stretchy. It has a lining to keep it from stretching. I am considering opening that liner to make it stretch. Has anyone tried this? If so was it successful? Or did it cause problems with the beading?

I'm bumping this. I am wondering if I can take out the band of material at the waist under the beading? Or will this cause a problem?
