Very neat pants,the materials are awesome and her customer feed back rating is 100%...check it out if u like on eBay under Muse of the Harlequin. Very cool and unique prints...the Japanese print ones are my fav!

I won't buy from any business that uses this kind of marketing technique, by the way. Just so you know. And people are not stupid - we know this is a bot or a sock puppet. At least *pretend* to engage.

Harlequin of the Muse is Maria, so it isn't Maria mentioning them ( she is a member of Bellydance forum), she also sells them on ebay. I have bought a couple of pairs of her pants, plain black and lace, and they are so comfortable. Maria would openly advertise, she has no need to be a 'sock-puppet'

Well, whoever is promoting her stuff is doing her no favours.

I guess I'm so bombarded by this type of advertising that it just didn't phase me, but I'm not going to get my knickers in a bunch about it.

Maria (muse of Harlequin) is also a legit member on bhuz and I truly don't believe she would make a sock-puppet profile to advertise. I agree that it could look like it but I don't think it's the case here. If you look at lovesbellydance's other posts, she is recommending other sites as well. Not only this one.

Maria is a very honest and nice person.

I honestly just wanted to put out some information about a site to buy pants from. I am not a bot, nor am I promoting, if I come across cool costumes or supplies on a site, I merely just want to share that information with my fellow dancers...Isn't that what this website is about? Connecting and sharing information in the belly dance world and community? I would never compromise a website or a merchant with childish ignorant web bots, gosh I wouldn't even know how to make one, nor would I do that anyway! Much love! - R

I can't wait to get my hands on a pair! I am very impressed with the styles and designs she makes! They are really unique to anything I have seen :)

Bhuz is a very large community serving a diverse assortment of dancers of all levels, styles, personalities, and agendas. For such a minimally moderated Internet forum, we do an impressive job of keeping the conversations civil and on topic. This is mostly due to the conscientiousness of its members who promptly report people who don't belong here.

I wouldn't want anyone to think Bhuz is not welcoming to newbies, but you must admit that when this thread started, it was your third of the variety, "Hey, you should check out this vendor...," with little to offset the suspicion that you were an outsider, as opposed to a member of the dance community. Bhuz does encounter the occasional spammer trying to sneak under the gate by pretending to be a member, and you can't blame folks for being leery. We police ourselves, and we don't want to develop the problems with stealth advertisers that some other interest and lifestyle forums have.

If your "tribal gal..." topic from today had been your first new thread instead of your fourth, the response here probably would have been considerably less prickly. Apologies for the case of mistaken identity.

This is absolutely fine, I am new to this community so I expected this response so no hard feelings from me...I would like to make known that I am a legit honest person, and I would love to make friends and share ideas and costuming with my sisters in dance! Utmost respect-R
