Thread: Dermablend under body stocking?

Hey all -- could use your advice on this one. I had a laproscopic hysterectomy in December, have very pale skin, and while my incisions are small, they are still somewhat angry looking. I have a photoshoot coming up next month. I wear powernet stockings but the scars still show -- they look somewhat like a snag in the black stocking, haven't tried the nude color yet.

I'm thinking of doing Dermablend under the stocking but am wondering if it will rub off via the friction from the net. Any tips or first-hand experience here? Setting products that wear like iron?

I don't know about Dermablend but have used Sally Hansen airbrush spray on my legs and it seemed to stay put and not smear. Maybe other ladies know more.

My experience with Dermablend has been that after it sets it doesn't budge, regardless of friction from fabric, sweat, etc.

It also darkens a full shade from freshly applied to fully set, though, so if you haven't gone shopping for your shade already, make sure you give it a full 10 minutes to dry and set before you decide you have the right color.

Also, keep in mind that software tecnology is on our side: small flaws like scars, birth marks, bruises, etc. can be erase with Photoshop or similar magical gizmos available on the market!

I've used dermablend, once it's on... it stays on.
