what did you do when your custom order costume doesn't fit?

2nd time now custom order costume doesn't fit. both time expensive shipping. the first one i'm still trying to sell on swapmeet (want to try ebay but have problem selling and ebay customer service works so slowly). 2nd one i just receive today. i'm asking for a refund also refund shipping both ways. wishing for good luck but i think not easy....

so what did you do when you receive a custom order costume and doesn't fit?

I think I read on Bhuz that someone returned a custom Bella that didn't fit and Bella was very easy to work with on the return. I've also seen it happen numerous times that dancers just resell on Bhuz.

Are you certain your measurements are correct? Were they taken by a professional? I'm not saying they aren't correct, just suggesting it since you've gotten two costumes that don't fit you.

    hello x
i took the measurement myself. the first time the skirt is 4-5 inches too long. this time, the decorated sleeve which i think is a big part of the costume design is too too narrow to be worn and i already have very thin arms. i wasn't asked to give the thickness of my arm. bra strap also too short. again i didn't give measurement but i thought there would be extra length surely not a fix and short length.

i'm trying to sell the first one for 2 months now and no luck. no one wants to do the sewing i guess. so this time i'm trying to get refund. i feel so frustrated. wasted so much money again.

On my first custom costume, the cups were too small. I had measured correctly. I contacted King of the Nile, and they immediately made a new bra and I shipped the small one back to them. It was fast and painless.
