Thread: Ordering From Sim Moda Evi Question

Question is, do they work with you on custom orders like Bella does or do you have to go with the models on their website? I have my heart set on a particular costume but I'm not really into the skirt or the armbands...İsmail said to email them directly instead of using the website so I'm guessing custom changes is an option?

Everything I've bought directly from Sim Moda Evi has been a custom order and thus far I've had only positive experiences. I've gone so far as to send very detailed drawings of what I've wanted and they have really done great work. I don't think you will be disappointed.

I ws wanting o do the same and have emailed them but havent herad back. This was over 2 weeks ago :(

They have been really great about responding to me, and I just barely put in a new order. You might want to check that you have the right email address. I know I tried to use an old one and it wasn't good anymore.

Don't be discouraged. Sim has a lot of problems with their email system when emailing internationally. I remember when I sent them a custom order 4 years ago, they told me the order would be finished in 3 weeks. They said they had emailed me several times but I had never received the correspondence. Of course this was like 3 months later when I had just received the first email.

As far as custom orders they will work with you to give you exactly what you want. I even had a problem with my skirt and returned it and he made a new one exactly the way I wanted it.
