Adding to top of bra... how?

Ok. I know there was a thread awhile back that had a great how-to for adding gauntlets or extra fabric to the top of bra cups in order to make better coverage. I can't seem to find it. I need to add to my new costume bra to give me more coverage but I'm not sure what's the best way to go about it. Anyone know how to help me, please?
    Thanks!

I took some solid color chiffon and tucked it into the top of the cup and arranged it nicely and then tacked it in place...looks good and matches...

i mount the old to a new good fitting bra...add at top, bottom or sides. i do alot of the because for us, imported costumes are not positioned well. we use the extreem back closing clevege from fredericks. i prefer their product. it holds up ..it has to, they sell to drag artists..they have a better size/color selection as well.
