    Hey chica, it looks as though it's an ordinary tiered skirt and she pulled up the front and tucked it into her belt. I like the bustle look it gives the skirt, definitely be fun to try!

    There was a group at the Vegas Intensive last year who did this - they wore the bustle'd version over an eyelet "petticoat" skirt - very cute!
