Thread: where to find thick, big clear straps Eman Zaki uses?

I checked with my local fabric/sewing store and they said nothing thicker than a bra strap exists, but obviously it does..internet isn't helping any either.

Anyone know?

Jo-ann's has it :) This was my discovery of the year! It isn't strapping at all. Eman cuts it from 30-40 gauge vinyl.

Okay, next question...

How do you attach it? when I try to sew it, it perforates & tears. Do I just need a longer stitch?

Yes, longer stitch and a longer "anchor" attached to the bra cups

Your welcome :) Before I found this I spent HOURS looking online for "plastic straps". Post photos of your project when you're done.

How did you make the back strap bra connection? I am trying to make my own clear strap bra, but I am not able to find any picture of the back detail.
