Thread: Contacting Sugar Petals - can anyone help? Email bouncing

Does anyone have an alternative contact other than the email on their website: 'Spetals@sbcglobal.net'? I've tried emailing them several times and it keeps bouncing. Given I'm in Australia I can't call them, and I haven't found a facebook page for them.

Darn it, I've outgrown my bodystockings and need some new ones!!! Are they still in business?

They were still in business in mid-March, I ordered bra cups from them, and I received a reply via email from that same email address, so it was still functional then.

I ordered and received an email from that address a few days ago. I wonder if using the order form somehow to contact them would work, perhaps you could put in a short message in the place where the item description would go:

Thanks, I've tried submitting a bogus order via the form, but not sure if it worked. I also tried sending from a hotmail account, just in case their spam filter was blocking my other email, which is linked to my webpage.

Ugh, it's so annoying when you're prevented from purchasing someone's goods!

I'm in her area and will give her a call later today to see what's up. Will report back later.

That would be great! I've had emails bounce back since March. I'm trying to find if she'll ship to Australia, and at what cost for ~3 leotards/body stockings. My email is info (at) jewelbellydance dot com.

She does ship to Aussie, I purchased 2bodysuits from her about 2 years ago. can't remember how much the post was, but it wasn't that much.
