Thread: How do I Polish a coin set?

So, I have a new coin costume that needed some altering to fit me properly. The problem I noticed now is that the coins are not as shiny where I had to handle it repeatedly for sewing. Any suggestions on how to shine the coins back up? They are a mix of the gold and silver coins.

No ideas?
I'm going to try a polishing cloth that is used for instruments.
Otherwise, I will simply embrace the vintage look.

My husband taught me this trick, who was a professional musician, baking soda. Add a little water so its a pastes and rub it on the metal, rinse and make sure its very dry. Instrument polish works too.

I never tried searching Bhuz by using Google. I will try that from now on. Seems to work better than the search on the site.
