I really liked the music, the dancer and her arm bands, they're sooo shining. I think it's so simple and so beautiful!
Can't someone know what is this fabric ???

I'm betting it's a sequinned or glitter mesh. like this: Spandex World Inc. spandex fabric, lycra stretch fabric

It could also be power mesh nude fabric decorated with sparkly hot fix stones!

She got pics of the costume on her web site, but unfortunately she's not wearing them, to bad!

In all honesty I'm with Qamar on this one...sheer mesh with rhinestones. Wouldn't have to be hotfix...could be glued on with a good adhesive. Hmm...the legs from fishnet tights might make a good base...

I don't think hot fix shine that much. I'd say flatback swarovski or czech stones on a mesh fabric.
