Thread: Icicle III from Bellydancestore

Hi! I'm in a bit of a bind. All of a sudden- today- I found out that I will need to wear a silver bedlah in a troupe piece in our stage show- in 2 weeks. I don't own a silver bedlah. The only girl who I can borrow a silver set from is in the same piece, meaning that I can't borrow hers- she'll be wearing it.

So, I need to buy a costume. Like, tomorrow. Because I need it to come in time for me to adjust it and be ready to wear it in 13 days. AAAACCKKKKK!!!

Looking at my options, the silver Icicle III on bellydancestore.biz is looking like my best choice. The only problem...it doesn't show the back of the belt. Does anyone own this? What's the belt like? I hate the idea of buying a costume where I don't even know what the back looks like. Anyone have a picture? I have a large difference between my upper and lower hip (35" and 41" right now, trying to get back to my 34" and 39"), so a lot of belts gap too much at the top.

Also...how do the bras run? What I mean is...when I bought a Confetti, one of my troupe-mates told me to order a bra size smaller than I need (or even 2 sizes smaller), because they run large. So I talked to customer service, and they told me- no-they don't run small at all- definitely get the D (I'm a 34DD/36D). Well, when it came, it was gigantic. I couldn't even pad it, or double pad it- it was way too wide for my ribcage.

In 13 days, I need to be wearing a silver bedlah on a stage. So I don't have time to mess with moving straps, bringing cups closer together, or returning a costume that doesn't fit. I NEED it to fit, or I'm naked.
