(Not BD related) Help, l'm looking for a pattern for this kind of dress...

I been shearching with "round neckline dress", "round collar dress", "necklace collar style dress", even just "sun dress or summer dress" and so on! on different pattern company names, no luck.

And now the stupid part of this, is that a month ago I gave to goodwill 2 tops that were EXACTLY that style, I could of just dismantle one to use as a pattern!

So if one of you dear bhuzzer have a clue of how is it called or a pattern co. or number of pattern, etc. you help will be very appreciate.

Try Fashion, Sewing Patterns, Inspiration, Community, and Learning | BurdaStyle.com

Under the Patterns section they have a huge range of patterns, many for free. You can refine your search on the left by choosing "summer", "women" and "dress".

ETA: am searching there for you now, but I thought I would give you the link in the interim. :)

I'd like to give you some moral advice, but I have questionable morals.

This looks similar to me, but I'm no seamstress so I don't know if it's the same really.

There are a couple of other similar styles on the market. Butterick 5637 has a small ruffle detail in the front and a full body. B5637 | Misses' Tunic and Dress | Dresses | Butterick Patterns I never got around to trying it, but I thought Simplicity 2692's E-F variations would be interesting with a Pharaonic collar detail. Not a pattern, but here's what I did last time I didn't have a pattern for this style top- I took a patter for a raglan sleeve dress, left off the sleeves and drafted a simple oval pattern for the collar. It worked out so it was nice and smooth in the back, and had a cute little gather in the front.

Of course, that doesn't help if you don't have a raglan sleeve pattern, but thought I'd throw that out there anyway.

    you guys rock!

Tourbeau those dress styles are lovely and even more flattering but I'm affraid it's a bit to much for my sewin skills. Embroidery, beading, sewing by hand is fine with me but, I'm not very handy with a sewing machine when it comes to create street clothing. I need something for a novice or "sewing for dummy"

I didn't buy any pattern yet but I came across this from McCalls M6615:

I thing is going to work for me, it's a start. Thx again, I will keep you posted!
