Thread: I need help with Circle skirt clarification

I have a Bella chiffon 0 skirt that I need to describe and I am not 100% sure what I have.

This one is a double layer with extra panels in the inside. Is there a description out there so I can better describe what I have? How would I know for sure if I have a full 0 skirt? Thanks in advance.

Easiest way for me is to place the skirt on a table or bed and spread the fullness to the max with the waistband exposed. If the folded skirt fabric will spread out enough to make a full half circle then you must have a full circle skirt.

I reread this and it does not seem to make sense. The best way I know to clarify is to use how you would hang the skirt using clips on the waistband Place the skirt in that position on the table or bed then spread the skirt fullness to the max.
