Thread: Has anyone purchased this skirt off ebay?

I'm looking for a skirt with a lot of movement and saw this:

Tailor Drag queen LATIN BELLY dance Fringe long Skirt | eBay

You can get it in any color listed towards the bottom of the listing, and they make it to your measurements. I'm leery of purchasing costumes, skirts, ,etc on ebay. I've know people who ordered wings and got no sticks, and it was one pig piece of fabric like a cape, not even 2 wings.

Curious if anyone has purchased this skirt and how the quality is, if they got the measurements right, etc.

I do not know about the seller but the chainette fringe loves to tangle with beaded fringe. We had to cut away the chainette in order to release the beaded fringe after a short routine. We learned a valuable lesson, we now avoid that combination.

Thanks for the info! I wouldn't have thought that it would tangle with beading. I was thinking of getting one to use with a costume that has chunky beading so I think that may be okay. Also, was going to get one and make a belah to wear with it. I'll try to stay away from the beaded fringe if I make one =)

Hi! That's my friend's store and I have to say that the skirt will make for a good workhorse - it's not a super high-end skirt but it will serve you well! Her customer service is also great so you won't have to worry about shoddy workmanship or broken zippers or other nightmare-ish things that can happen when you order something off the Interwebz.

Have to say, I love the skirt! Especially after watching its movement on the video - wonderful dancer, so much energy!!
