I am thinking about making a peacock-inspired costume and have been looking for inspiration photos. I just know there must be -tons- to share!

this makes me want to get married again - and have a huge white peacock tail "train" on my dress. Maybe I'll make it for my daughters soma day....

I imagine that the peacock tail part of the skirt goes to the back when she dances. Then she could move forward and sideways, do poses, and manipulate the train with turns, etc. I don't think there are any video clips of Ruth St. Denis dancing, although I would love to see one!
