Thread: Where to purchase Graftobian HD foundation?

I have placed an order for this at makeupmania.com at the beginning of October... I have yet to receive it. Worse, I've emailed their customer service since Oct 14th and have yet to hear back. But I do need this product asap. Can you recommend an e-tailer (that ships to Canada preferably :) ) that carries this product?

I don't know of an online retailer, but if you have a general costume shop in your city, you might look there. i know that ours carries graftobian.

I've purchased Graftobian through makeupmania.com and been very satisfied with their service (I live in California, USA, so I'm not sure of their shipping policies to Canada). I learned of the company through make-up artist Wayne Goss's youtube videos. I'm so sorry to hear you're having trouble getting a response from them-I hope they rectify that soon.

(Devora: no I didn't try calling them. Their toll free is not working from Canada and I don't believe I should have to pay to inquire about why they cannot get their act together. It is yet another order with them that has gone wrong and I'm never ordering from them again, period. Bleh. I'd purchase from their store, the stuff they carry is good, but their online service is a joke.)
