    Costuming for a Christmas Parade

My troupe is going to wear the tunic and harem pants I'm wearing in my avatar picture but we need some ideas to Christmas it up a bit. The parade is at night for the first time and we want to add maybe a headdress and glow in the dark or battery lighted accessories??

    Any suggestions would be appreciated!

if you can get ahold of some white faux fur or malibu trim....
you can tack it to the sleeves, collar, etc for an elf'ish look
(sometimes you can use tinsel garland for this effect too)

christmas parades are alot of fun!!

Santa hats and those light-up candy canes!! Someone could use a shamadan, that would be great at night (if the parade is short). Or get red & green glow stick bracelets for everyone...

They make individual, battery operated ones that are a little harder to find, but they make an awesome holiday prop.
