Okay here I go..

I wonder.. how do u order Bella costumes?? direct to their page?? or....

*cause... i sent my email and they don't answer me back.. can't get into online shop.. cause I don't have a password*

Are they trust able at all? Have anyone bought online?

What about other pages where I can order costumes? (im really petite and most of the costumes pre-owned does not fit me)

Introduce yourself. Tell her that you'd like to order a custom costume. Include photos of existing Bella's that you like, or a drawing of what you want. Tell her what colours you would like. Make sure you're specific about things like cutouts, fabrics (velvet? chiffon? stretch lycra? glitter dot?), fringe, sequin trim. Give her your EXACT measurements (if you aren't sure, go find a tailor and get properly measured): American bra size (eg B36, C34), waist, upper hip, lower hip, skirt length. Give her a budget to work with (she'll work within any budget, but she'll tell you if your budget and the costume you want don't mix-- if it costs more, she'll write back and confirm with you first). Depending on what you want, a $700 budget is probably a good place to start.

She'll confirm with you and tell you that they are starting on your order. 3-5 weeks later, you should receive a followup email saying that your order is ready, with payment instructions. She only accepts payment by bank wire transfer, or with Western Union (it sounds complicated but it's fairly easy.) 2-3 weeks later, you'll have a brand new Bella in your hot little hands!
