    Assiut hits mainstream US

    We've arrived. I spotted this at Nordies today. The design is mostly glitter paint dots, with some tiny metal-oid rectangular sequins on a mesh material.

    That's what I thought - it looks cheap up close, but less so if you've never seen the real antique stuff.

    You can go to ebay and buy a whole dress for less than that....I must say it did give me a few ideas.
