Thread: What is the best way to tackle costume cut outs?

I am working on a new costume. On one side id like to have some intricate twirly beadwork with cutouts in between...... trouble is .... I have no idea how to go about this. I will just jump in and give it a go, but i wondered if there was any particular technique or tips that would help me.

Do you have any suggestions or tips for me, before my scissors do something they regret :D
