inexpensive stuff for students.

I don't know I never heard of them. although the paillette hip scarves look interesting

really spammy folks that refuse to take you off of their email list (that you never signed up for in the first place!) and send tons of messages

but do they deliver what you order?

I feel compelled to link to this thread: Cheap costumes...undercutting is undercutting.

One thing I find troubling is that they're selling knockoffs of Melodia pants, and even using Melodia's name, for a quarter of what Melodia sells hers for.

I order from them for my student's costumes for our yearly show. I didn't realize she was using Melodia's name (we usually just get hip scarves and tops from them, I've never ordered pants). They are the cheap Chinese costumes/accessories you see on ebay, but it's what my students can afford to spend for something they'll wear for one performance so that's who we use. shipping is super quick and everything is always correct. I actually don't get any emails from them at all, which is weird because I've ordered so many times I would assume I'm on their list!

I would NOT recommend this vendor. DISHONEST and HORRIBLE customer service. RUDE and CONDESCENDING owner. You'll be better off buying from E-bay.

My entire class purchased an order from this Vendor on the week of April 24th for fans and veils. Our order came very LATE. We did not receive the order until 4 weeks later but received the fans in the WRONG color, WITHOUT the veils. Our instructor was told in April upon ordering (April 23/24) that the fans and veils were available, when I called on May 22, I was told that the veils were not in stock and are on back order. I called the following day and was told that the veils were send out weeks ago and were stuck in customs. We don't know which one to believe. The fans we received came a different color from the one we specifically ordered. I asked them about the discrepancy and Donnah, the owner, BLAMED my instructor for the mistake when all our invoices clearly stated the color we wanted.

I called a few times to fix the issue and decided to cancel the veil order since we were not able to resolve the problem and won't get them on time to practice for our recital. Donnah insisted us to wait for them. We agreed on one thing on May 23rd, but when I asked a written email about our conversation, she sent me something else. A couple hours later, I received an email from her that she instructed the factory to ship it to us directly without our consent. I asked her to cancel the order but have not heard back at all.

I called today, the 24th, to confirm the cancellation of our veil orders. She told me about the factory direct shipping and I insisted we wanted it cancelled and she shouldn't have called them without our consent. She raised her voice at a customer and told me that I wasted her time, when it was our group's time that was wasted from waiting for the products and the unnecessary calls and emails about the order.

I also keep getting e-mails from them that I never signed up for in the first place.

I have never been so DISAPPOINTED with a vendor before to write a negative review. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE that we had to go through.
