Thread: Violent Lips?!

I came across this product on Facebook. Looks VERY interesting! Anyone ever use them? Thoughts/reviews?

I haven't used them, but I've been curious too!

I wanted to see what they looked like on actual people, so I did this google search

The British flag is the coolest looking one on, I think! (don't know when/where I'd use that one though).

Also found a much bigger selection at the violent lips website.

Yeah it seems Sephora is cheaper than the Violent Lips website.
I am just curious it seems like they might dry out your lips or flake off after a while. I also wonder what the advantage of these vs lipstick plus glitter other than you can get some cool patterns or words on your lips.
They look very cool though!

I might get some for a costume that I have for a festival im staff at in the spring.

Hi Ladies! I actually have used the Violent Lips line. They really do look cool. When they first started getting popular, VL posted on their website that they were looking for some folks to try them out and take pics. I wrote them and said I was in a Middle Eastern dance troupe and that we would be glad to try their product and do a photo shoot in costume.
They sent me a handful of styles and the girls and I had a great time trying them out.
It takes a little practice to get the application just right, but once you do, it looks really good.
I have not tried the Glitterati line, YET, but hope to do so soon.
Anyway....just wanted to give a little feedback.
