Thanks very much for the details, Ruta! That's really helpful. I had just about given up on the mineral makeups because I didn't think the "glowiness" was doing me any favors, and I think you were the one who pointed out to me that EM has more matte options. So far so good. ..g.:

(This doesn't qualify as a threadjack, does it? I get so proud when I manage to stay on topic.)

I don't powder. just more gunk to get caked on. if you get a good quality concealer it shouldn't be a problem - especially if you use it over a good quality primer.

no, it's on topic, cuz i had the same problem as anala....and i too was concerned about aging skin with minerals, but this worked.....the only thing is, you HAVE to use a really good, fully absorbed moisturizer....thankfully the intensive doesn't suck moisture out, and the silk dust has amino acids n stuff in it....the concealer rocks and with everything else, it actually made me look MORE than 10 years younger.....with no stucco under the eyes.............or over blemishes....that was the worst.....i SO feel your pain Anala

it's just what works for me.....i think you'll like it, especially if you go intensive, and now they have 'corrector' and reflector options too....plus good customer service if you have questions....
