Thread: replacing stone on a great loop

I am missing one stone on my recently acquired great loop. I could rob the headband, but it's way too cute for that. Do I have to buy a new stone with setting or can I just place a loose stone into the exisitng setting? It's one of the round stones - any of you great loop junkies know what size stone that would be?

I don't know the loops,
but I have replaced stones on other costumes
I go to Joanne's to at least figure out the right size

I just replaced one of the stones on my Great Loop. You can just replace the stone if you have the resources. I went down town to the garment district here in LA. Swavarski's. baby!

Let me know which stoneand what colour it is. I bought an extra one in clear AB!

PS: If you are looking athte head band, are you talking the larger round one? that is the one I have. It cost $1.50. If it is the right colour, I am happy to send it to you. If it is the wrong colour and you cna wait, I am going down town again in two weeks. jsut let me know what colour you are looking for.

You are so sweet! The stone is missing from the belt, but I was going to steal one from the headband if I could not locate a replacement stone. It is the larger round one and I would love for you to send me one.
I live in Chattanooga, TN and unfortunately we have nothing like that around here. It is the clear AB and I can wait until you go to the garment district again. Just let me know how to pay you.
