Thread: Body Stockings...where to buy?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know where to get good quality body stockings for performing other than Sugar Petals? I have a few students who are looking for them.

I recently bought 2 at Halimeda's Tummy Covers for Middle Eastern Dance
They are excellent quality and very reasonably priced. I believe the bellydance shop has the pull on panty ones as well.

Dahlal sometimes sells the Sugar Petals ones.

I will second Halimdedas Oasis. She is my mentor and I know she carries a good variety of sizes and types and ships quickly.

Dahlal has them on the website as "New Ma'at midriff body stockings"...these aren't the Sugar Petals ones, I think they make their own.

I don't mind the Sugar Petals brand, so buying them from Dahlal could be fine. I just have three friends that had very bad luck dealing with the Sugar Petals company directly.

I really like the ones that Janie makes. She puts snaps on them so you can still use the ladies room without completely disrobing.

All you have to do is sew flat buttons inside your bra and you can use the net for many costumes. I especially like the full body stockings (with legs) for some of my Bella costumes that have cutouts. ,r:;

I have one of Janie's ones with the snap crotch. I love the ease of being able to go to the restroom without removing your bodystocking and bra or choli top.

My only complaint about them, is that I wish they were available in powernet fabrics. Mine doesn't hold me in as well as Sugar Petals and others with powernet.

I have two from sugar petals in power net that cover the arms down to points, legs exposed and front scoop breasts exposed. I LOVE THEM!!! That style brings the girls up and together. Never had any problem with the company.
