Thread: Recommendations for Expression Lines.

Greetings, I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for expression lines. I have a wrinkle right between both eyes, under my forehead that is driving me nuts! I was thinking about buying the Principals Secret? Has anyone tried this? Not quite ready for Botox yet.,r:;

This type of wrinkle will not go away with a topical application of anything. If it is very fine...Retin A the little bastard. Or Botox it now before it gets deeper and makes a more permanent impression thats harder to deal with as time goes on. Get some sunglasses and pay attention to your default expression.

This might sound silly but, don't frown. Someone gave me that suggestion a few years ago when I was worried about the same thing, and it really worked. I just trained myself not to furrow my brow or crease my eyebrows together. Doing it is a habit, so make it a habit not to do it. After a few months of reminding myself not to squint or furrow my brow, the little crease I was developing went away.

Over the counter stuff doesn't have the power that prescription drugs do, like retin a and botox. Remember, botox is our friend as long as we don't abuse it.
