BHUZ uses BB code, not HTML, for security reasons. When you post in the forum or the calendar you see the icons right above the edit box (what I am typing in now) that allow you to make attractive posts easily.

But if you want to get fancier, or dress up your profiles, you should use the BB code.
You can find the details here

And, if you already have HTML you can convert it to BB code here.
Choose the vbCode option, and then the code/code option. Click Convert to get the bb code and use that in your post or profile, etc.

I'm sorry to be a pain in the (oops!)... But since I'm not a geek and English is not my 1st language, I'm totally lost here. ,f::

Will my profile, private messages, pictures albums, comments, gifts, etc. on the old Bhuz version will be "re-activate" or do I have to do everything all over again??

Yes, you can put images in your signature. There is an "Insert Image" icon above the edit box for your signature.

Maybe it's my Mac---i can't change my profile. i wanted to put the info in " Location" like most people have been doing/ i just tried 6 times and i can't get the extra 4 sentences to save. I did manage to put the youtube link in the proper box but i don't see it on my profile

anyone know how to help me change my profile---want to put a paragraph about me under location---can't get it to work.

Sorry to be a pain----i added a link to my youtubes---where do they show up? I see it when i am changing the profile page--but when i look at the page everyone sees--- i don't see the youtube link.i don't see them on anyone else's page ( i looked at about 6 members pages).

I tried the BB code fix for HTML----don't think it worked for me---i have an old eMac. The (CONTROL-CLICK) didn't go anywhere.

Trying to fix my updated Bhuz page, i'm almost ready to give up.

Here´s my question:

I´ve posted some costumes here, and I´ve sold one yesterday.
How can I delete the post about this costume? I can´t find a delete button, just an edit button....

And how can I change/edit an already existing header of my old posts/threads?

I would love to here from you, and thank you for your efforts!

Go to the thread, click edit on your first post, then click Go Advanced. This will open up a window with the title. Put SOLD in the title.
Members can get a thread deleted by writing to me, but ordinarily I do not delete threads. Swap Meet threads are automatically deleted after 90 days of no activity at all. This gives the buyer and seller a record for a while of their dealings in case of a problem.
