excellent
My favorite kind of dancing....very real....pure & musical.
Aiwa!
BTW - Adi,
In case you don't see my comment on your Zeina clip - I think you're really onto something with approaching that song that way - I'll be interested to see where you take it. It's really nice with tons of potential for continued use by adding things as you get inspired. Just lovely.Last edited by danidance; 05-18-2007 at 10:04 AM.

Thanks, I think! Was it that obvious that I'm not finished with it? Oh my...
There's a lot I'm happy with, but some parts just aren't working for me, so I just tossed something in for the meantime. (It needs some changing up so it's not so repetitive, and I hate those turn, look back and shimmy things - they don't suit the way I want to express the song).
But then, nothing I do ever feels complete... I just keep picking and picking at it, yanno?
Pics of the weekend coming soon!

VERY impressive! I love how you have the confidence to just simply dance to the music - no bells and whistles needed; just fantasic technique, natural grace and engaging stage presence. Even the costuming is understated and *just* right for the music.

Thread jack for a minute
no no...don't take it the wrong way. It's a different Zeina approach and I like it but I meant that you have lots of flexibility with it - you've left room in that approach (I won't call it a choreography in case it wasn't one) for adding in or taking out. It's a great base that you can change up when you feel differently or feel like trying something new.
