Spin-Off Thread - Turkish Rrom

Charlotte Deshorger asked a question about the big names in Turkey and there is another thread that Lauren started which has lots of wonderful clips of Rroma dance footage and also a lot of Oryental.

One person commented that while Rroma is easy to recognise, Danse Oryental may not be quite so easy, what with current dancers bringing in parts of the Egyptian/American/other styles and the tendency for Turkish dancers to often use Arabic music for Danse Oryental.

Lots of fab names of Turkish dance were put forward. This thread is mainly to talk about / share youtube footage of Turkish Rroma.

I'll create another for Danse Oryental.

I'll kick off with a bit of footage that I don't think has been shared recently, and shows us what the movie people thought Turkish Rroma was, just for fun. Someone will be able to tell me who this is, I'm sure! Enjoy!
