    I want to sincerely apologize to certain members of the BHUZ.com forum. It was certainly unfair to dare suggest that women who wear sequined bras while shimmying their hips and undulating their bellies should be any way viewed in an alluring light and anything less than the "true feminists" that they are. You see, up until now I was under the impression that genuine feminists were women like Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton, Ann Dunwoody and Condaleeza Rice. I wasn't aware that feminism included women who dress up in little Middle Eastern frou-frous so that they can shake their tits and/or asses in public.

    I now understand the hostility in which you exude. Many of you apparently do not wish to face reality; that despite all your pretenses you're really nothing but mere exhibitionists. So therefore in order to distance yourselves from that unflattering image you append a plethora of faux spirituality and pretentious historical and cultural undertones to your dancing. That way, at least in your own minds, you can elevate the dance to a higher intellectual sphere than just the glorified Go-Go dancing that you're in reality doing.

    As we all know sex sells which is why your form of dancing is so popular. However since we can't have anyone thinking that many of you are in fact exhibitionists and attention seekers who are wrapping yourselves up in the flag of feigned artistic merit, we must instead strive to delude ourselves otherwise. I mean, never mind that all of this historical, spiritual and cultural drivel is about as transparent as saran wrap and only used as a turgid veneer to gussy up what you do.

    Now this MIGHT just qualify as a troll post. May all responses be colorful, insightful and above all.....really really cute. :) Hopefully I will not be harassed on youtube anymore and we can just end this.

    Are you a belly dancer? I thought this site was for dancers?
    While I don't totally disagree with some of your post( although feminists can be belly dancers too. It' all about who holds the power really, wherever it comes from.)
    I dont see why anyone would bother to go to youtube and post on your videos. That would be a total waste of time.

    Words from a frustrated old man who gets off by navel gazing. Yes indeed, sex does sell and from the looks of it sorcerer, you're sucking it all in and enjoy watching Women wear... oh, how did you so elegantly put it, "little Middle Eastern frou-frous so that they can shake their tits and/or asses in public."

    Three Bean Salad

    INGREDIENTS

    * 1 (14.5 ounce) can green beans, drained
    * 1 (14.5 ounce) can wax beans, drained
    * 1 (15.25 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained
    * 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
    * 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
    * 1 red onion, chopped
    * 1 green bell pepper, chopped
    * 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
    * 3/4 cup white sugar
    * 3/4 cup vegetable oil
    * 3/4 teaspoon ground dry mustard
    * 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
    * 1 1/2 teaspoons dried cilantro

    DIRECTIONS

    1. In a large bowl, layer the beans, onion and green pepper. Set aside.
    2. In a small saucepan, mix the vinegar, sugar, oil, mustard, tarragon and cilantro. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and pour over bean mixture. Stir until all ingredients are coated. This is best if it is left to marinate for a few hours in the refrigerator, and stirred occasionally.

    Wow. I haven't much been involved with this, but you're making threats in a public forum. Not smart. I am sorry that you're being harassed and I have no clue who is involved, but now you're acting like a small child. Are you small?

    Damn, I wish there was a male term that sounded nice and patronizing after almost any phrase the way that "ladies" can sound.

    You're making threats, silly boy

    Most of us just suggested that to take the music away from performances and put your own in, or to make montages of just one part of the dance, took things out of context and make them seem artless, absurd, and a weeeeee bit creepy. You ignored most of that and just yelled "oh, ladiez, why won't u admit itz sexy?"

    I know I'm sexy. I know the dance can be sexy. And I sure as heck know that the dance is more than " little Middle Eastern frou-frous so that they can shake their tits and/or asses in public. " It's a pity that you don't. When you put it like that, how can we not call you pathetic or creepy? You're begging for it.

    As for what form feminists come in, we come all shapes and sizes. Some of us are lookers...Gloria Stienem still has great gams. There's nothing contradictory about being a sexual creature and being a feminist. We come loud, proud, and with the partners of our choice... ones that see beyond just "oh, titty shaking"....but I gotta admit, they usually also appreciate the rack.

    I figure if you're gonna wank away on line like this, I should give it a try.

    Oh! Oh! And can I have Penis Envy for 200? Maybe throw in some Electra Complex? Tell me about my id.

    I can't even work up a good pity wank for you. I totally fail as an exhibitionist tonight.

    Heck. A couple of "ladies" are picking on you. Deal with them directly. Take them to the principal if you must. Don't run around the playground screaming about how mean the girls are in general. Be a MAN. Deal with conflict like you've got a pair.

    Wow, I loved your posts, but this is really the heart of the matter.

    It's too bad that we as women have to be prudish feminazis or exhibitionist whores. Why can't we be sexy and demand to be treated like humans?

    It's sad that this poster, who seems to like bellydancing, still has to cast it in such a degrading light. So people can enjoy us, but we should still be ashamed. Why is it fine for others to exploit our sexuality for their own uses, but the second we try to acknowledge or embrace it, we are berated and humiliated?

    Ladies (and please imagine my most oily voice whenever I say "Ladies")

    I do apologize for addressing the troll directly, but the utter transparency of his "how to rile up the...ladies" technique is the most patheticly amusing thing I have read in a while and I had to thank him for making me laugh outloud....in my own way.

    So, help me find a good beverage to imbibe....laaaaaadies.
