    Khaled Mahmoud

    I did a search on this forum and was shocked to find that Khaled didn't have a thread. So here it is. It's also a wee chance for me to plug some workshops I am having with Khaled in Glasgow next year - in 2009 on May 22 / 23rd / 24th, with a hafla on the 23rd.

    Nearest airport is Glasgow International Airport, and a train ride away is Glasgow Prestwick Airport ("Glasgow" Prestick airport is actually not in Glasgow but it's very cheap to fly to with budget airlines, and if you fly with Ryanair, you get half price train if you show your flight itiniery at the rail ticket booth. I have lots of advice about hotels etc. in Glasgow on my website (link below right)).

    Yes I agree he is a great teacher. I find him to be a high energy instructor. I love when he jumps in the middle of the class and dances with the students. His choreographies are fun and lively! He explains things very well, and will be there right at your side if you need him to if that is what it is going to take for you to learn. Simply fabulous!! Go take from him people!! I hope he makes it to the US to teach soon.

    YESSSSSA!! Khaled is always welcome when there are things to learn...he's great, gentle and funny!!!...and wow, how his hips move with energy and amazing grace: he's goldenhips. tahks khaled for one of the best workshop i have attended!!

    Had my first workshop with Khaled at JOY this weekend and learned to much - he's also a really kind and happy teacher who puts his students at their ease.
