This is an old clip but my very favorite one of her. She looks amazing and I love the color of that costume.

It's new to me Leena.

She's so right on in those clips. The costume, the hair, the moves, the joy. I want to dance like that, all natural not looking like "and now i do hip drops and now i do umis and now i shimmy and layer with this." I like that organic look but at the same time you can't say her technique isn't great. I think alot of us Western dancers miss that. Not all but most.

Great clips! I saw Asmahan for the first time on the Nile Maxim in Cairo last February. A stunning performer with an incredible, magnetic presence on stage and so gracious and humble when we chatted a bit afterwards.

Oooo! I think she`s right every time and not in show only - during party, workshop... I saw her at Nile Group Festival a few times. She keeps ARTISTIC image always and everywhere. I respect it very much She`s real performer in the best sense of this word
