Oh god, that's just wrong!!! She takes great pics and even reaches her audience on a flat picture miles away from where she may be AAAAND she dances and is good? OK, she's becoming my new icon of projection of emotion, charisma and personality to use as an example for my students.

Funny thing is, I look at Dahal's catalogue and I'm like - daaang that girl would look GREAT on stage too. Dunno if she dances tho... well, I guess Lauren answered that question and more!

Samira - I think you're going to be building an SD fanclub rapidly here. Just wait till I get the word out that that gorgeous Dahlal model dances well as well!

Oh, it's even worse. She's also as beautiful in real life as she is in the photos -- AND warm, funny, smart, adventurous and kind. Life is just TOO unfair.

I have one word... eeeeeeeeewwwwwwwww. I'm now convinced she is Indian. Next you will tell me that she fights world hunger by donating her free time when she's not working as the head doctor of the cardiologist department in the area she's in, right? LOL Seriously, she's always been able to reach me in the pictures. Seeing her dance really confirmed what impression I had. And you telling me that her personality is the bomb too really fortifies my impression. There's a sparkle in her eye even in the dahlal catalogue. Sooo way cool.

Have you noticed that I have hidden away from video cameras for YEARS! So funny, I am in front of a camera all the time but I say away from the video camera...good to know that you all know that I am not just a "poser." he he.

And even if you were "just" a poser - I actually use your pics to show my girls alignment manipulation of at times! or reference "you know that charming cute looking dancer in the dahlal catalogues?" lol. Man, I didnt know you actually dance... I thought Dahlal was using some non-dancer model and I was being all like - that girl should SO be dancing lol...g.:

Wow, thanks David! I'll make sure my alignment is in check in photoshoots from now on. Certain costumes require contortions to make them appear to fit my body properly. I'll be thinking about you next time. I will be aware that I am a casual teaching tool. Cool!

Jesennia and Lauren, you are too funny! I always appreciate a little company after the show so that works out great. And then there are always those sweaty, after show photoshoots!
PS Lauren, I am headed to St. Louis for all of May. If there is anything going on I should know about on your end please let me know. I would love to follow you around too.
