Bellydance superstars raqs britannia show 09 last night....anyone go....thoughts etc?

After about 7 months of being in love with bellydance and looking forward to the show I was slightly dissapointed last night. I kept watching my BDSS live in paris dvd and that was amazing and seemed to have a lot more variety. Last nights show seem to have less dancers (maybe im wrong) and not as much of the wow factor. However highlights for me were Sonia's drum solo (wow how the hell does that woman shimmy like that????) and I loved the solo at the end (someone help me it was a lady who I do not know but she also did the wings solo, I loved her solo in the gold costume). Sharon Kiharas solo was good but because there was quite a bit of tribal fusion already by the time she came on I felt I had already seen her do everything. Still unsure about the hand shaking...did I love it and the emotion or did it seem like she needed medication hehe. Either way she is still amazing in my book.
Ansuya was great as usual.
All in all a great night was had and I still enjoyed myself and yes I will go again next year :) However I cant say I was blown away from start to finish. Some dances and dancers I was but not from start to finish.
However, They must of been that amazing because at the end I said to my mother in law "Thats it Im hanging up the coin belt because there is no point in dancing anymore when you see how it is really done lol" but then again I feel like that at class when my teacher does stuff I just cant do!!
