So we just had Mariyah of NYC down to Baltimore for a weekend event.

Now I must say, I am a big fan of all our special guests we had for this event, they were all tops and they might each get their own thread started by me. But I wanted to start with Mariyah, because she never ceases to impress me.

Mariyah is refined elegance and class and I knew when we invited her to teach a workshop she would be sharing wonderful secrets about what makes her dancing breathe the way it does. I wasn't disappointed. On top of her wonderful workshop, her performances are so easy on the eyes. And on top of that, she is just a sweetheart, a super nice person.

Mariyah, if you didn't know it already. I'm a big fan!

Mariyah is an absolutely gorgeous dancer...one of the few who make me stop breathing when I watch her perform...She transforms herself on stage! At Spring Rakkasah, I was enjoying Dalia Carella's fantastic dancers and didn't even know til speaking with Mariyah later that I was cheering HER on that stage! Amazingly gifted dancer...
