Very nice also to see her face seemingly unaltered by surgery. To look at her really made me realize how unnatural many of the star dancers look.

Hi. Does anyone know what has happened to the wonderful Cairo bellydancer Cherine? All her videos have been removed from YouTube, and from every other website. All details of her seem to have disappeared apart from a few strange clips of her dancing overdubbed with someone else's music instead of her great band and singer. I was viewing her videos for sheer joy and inspiration and all this seems to me *odd and disturbing. A bit like an official "disappearance". Maybe because of the situation in Egypt she may not be dancing any more, or she may have gone back to France, but I don't know for sure. All enquiries draw a blank. Can anyone help? I think I saw a comment come up on my youtube feed from her since I was subscribed to her channel - it said something about taking down all the videos because people were stealing them/using them inappropriately, and it said they would be back once the problem was dealt with. It was maybe two weeks ago, so I hope my memory is correct and it was a post from her. I really love her videos and the ones she posts of other cairo dancers so I really hope the channel comes back up!
