Michelle Campbell
Does anyone know where I can find pictures of Michelle Campbell when she was blonde?

Don't want to sound suspicious, DreamWave, but can you tell us why you want them?
Sorry, member with no profile info & no posting history wants pics of a particular dancer with a particular look is a little unnerving without some explanation. We've seen some scary stuff on this group in last year or so.

Why don't you just email them off their site. Why are you asking these questions on bhuz.
Why do you want pics of her as a blond as you are asking on another thread.
You don't have a public profile.
Just being a little suspicious here.....
also, Please forgive me in advance for asking if your request is completely innocent.
You are brand new, and it's just curious you would ask on bhuz instead of going directly to the site.
Due to issues I've had of my own, I just am a little suspicious about these requests.

Oopos -- just saw your post on the DC welcome thread where you did identify & introduce yourself.
Sorry for being rude. We're just feeling protective, we've had a dancer stalked IRL in the most threatening horror-film style, and it all started with looking at her pics on the 'net. (can't talk about that in any detail, it's in prosecution)
Hope you find it comforting to know you've joined a group that's protective & loyal, even toward dancers who aren't part of our immediate circle!
09-17-2007 01:59 PM #6My apologies too.
We are protective of one another, there are just too many nut jobs out there.
Welcome to bhuz.

Oh My GAWD! Maybe I'll just leave this forum. Frankly, I don't want to be part of any "circle" like this! Now I remember why I stopped coming to this forum so long ago. I'm a frickin 26 year old BLONDE female who's been dancing since 1998. I used to have an account here but didn't use it for so long that it got deleted and I just came back to this forum to see if anyone knew where I could find pictures of a BLONDE Michelle Campbell because I myself am blonde and I find her inspirational. Thanks for making a person feel welcome!

09-17-2007 02:13 PM #9You have to understand that we've had a serious problem on this forum, you are new, we don't know you, and your first posts are for pics of another dancer with no explanation.
we are just being careful, and we did apologize.
09-17-2007 02:20 PM #10Also, If I was new to a forum, and my first posts were asking about a dancer and pics, I would EXPECT people to be suspicious.....
anyway, you can accept my apology or not......

I'm not new. I was registered with this forum a LONG time ago, and left because of crap like this. I understand if you've had some "issues", but that isn't an excuse to be accusing. Perhaps a "Hi, nice to meet you. Are you a dancer? Where have you taken classes?" would have been in line. I thought this was public forum. Didn't know I had to pass a background security clearance and provide DNA samples to ask a simple question! Good day!
09-17-2007 02:22 PM #12Whatever.....
don't you think that maybe YOU should have said, hey, I'm a fan, for inspiration I want pics.
It goes both ways.
Better safe than sorry.
09-17-2007 02:24 PM #13My first thought was possible stalker too. Sorry, but who's going to remember someone who registered on the site a long time ago but has never posted until now?
No need to get defensive, I'm glad to see that we are so protective of one another. :)

Being protective and being b****y are two completely different things. Where in the forum rules does it say I have to tell you my life story to make you feel okay with me before I can ask a question? If you are just looking out for one another, maybe a little tact, grace, and class rather than alienation! Wow! Unbelievable!

No one accused you of anything, and no one asked for your life story.
We asked if we could know why you wanted the pics before we directed you to some, and we explained why we're cautious.
I'm genuinely sorry that you're so upset.

You can be cautious without being rude. This is ridiculous. I'm leaving!

Can't you understand people being protective? And how do you expect them to psychically know you are a previous member who created a new profile?
They have apologized. You can accept it or not, but no need to berate anyone for being cautious.

Whoa, Dreamwave, no need to be so hostile. Calm down. Everyone here has explained why they questioned you and apologized. NOW you're looking suspicious with your outbursts.

09-19-2007 09:17 AM #25Why doesn't dreamwave admit some responsibility here as a member of an on line community.
If she was a member a long time, as she says, then she would KNOW we had a severe stalker problem, and it would be APPROPRIATE to say why she wanted pics of said dancer, without getting all defensive and jumping down our throats.
I think I'm now owed an apology.
09-19-2007 09:21 AM #26BY the way, if you are referring to ME, please say so.......
You don't know me at all, so if that reference is to me, since you posted it on this thread, I don't appreciate it at all.
Not that I care you are calling me middle-aged, like THAT's supposed to be some kind of insult?!?!! but racist? what the hell is that about?

Maybe Dreamweaver and Lulu didn't see this part b/c it was in the middle of the thread and sometimes people don't read all of the posts.
