What is her name? Where is she from? She looks familiar to me, and she's great.

I think this is Daria Mitskevich from Ukraine. I've also heard she's super young, 19-20-ish.

Yep it's Dariya Mitskevich of the Ukraine. She is an AMAZING dancer. One of my all time favourites. I have read that Maria Shashkova was one of her instructors.
You'll find more videos of her by searching her name in Ukrainian which is "Дарьи Мицкевич".
She won Ahlan Wa Sahlan in 2009. No surprise there lol.
