Are belly dancers "in" these days for shows?

I saw an episode of "Keeping up with The Kardashians" and the family went to a restaurant where there were belly dancers.

Any clue who the dancers were?

If it's the same time as referenced in this article, they were at Carousel Restaurant where Jillina's Sahlala Troupe dances. An old troupe mate from TX, who now dances with Sahlala, mentioned dancing for the Kardashians not too long ago. Now I'm curious, so I hope they have the episode online.

YES, that's the episode! The dancers had red fan veils.

Do you remember what else was going on in the episode? I tried to look up that one to see my friend, but there's nothing in the descriptions about dinner out, belly dancers, etc.

I think it's the episode where Kim gets kicked off stage by Prince for not knowing how to dance. Her family and she go to the restaurant and the dancers ask her to dance and she hesitantly gets up and does eventually dance. That's all I can remember. Hope that helps and THANK YOU for remembering!
