There are several private video recordings of concerts (primarily with Farid Al Atrash) featuring Gamal. They appear every now and then on forums such as sama3y.net
The clips are usually posted by folks who recorded them (or their descendants) when discussing how Gamal's dancing in haflas was significantly different from her motion picture performances.

The primary reason that no TV clips exist is because Gamal, who had actively done concerts until 1960 stopped doing so shortly after. Egyptian TV, the oldest in the Arab world, didn't start broadcasting until that year.

I looked a little when Alexandrian first posted, and I all I found at sama3y.net were attachment links that you had to be registered to access (I'm assuming they were downloads?), but maybe I wasn't in the right threads. I saw a lot of talk about a series of concerts in North Africa in 1951, but when I tried to see if any of that footage made it to YouTube, I hit a dead end.

The dozen or so clips posted on sama3y were uploaded by folks who actually recorded them. Unlike most online forums, sama3y gives the option for the uploader to retain proprietary ownership of any file uploaded. It is a feature that has encouraged many members to post proprietary media. With most forums, such as bhuz, once a member uploads any file, the owners/operators of the forum are free to do with that file as they wish. It's unlikely that we'll ever see such rare footage here or on youtube.

Samia Gamal came out of retirement in the 1980's to be part of a show featuring some other stars of the black-and-white era as well. The organizer of the show, Samir Sabry, talks about his work in this interview:

I'm not aware of any footage from this show, but I thought it might be useful to mention that she did do some nightclub performances after 1960. So you never can tell, some footage could still emerge at some point.
