Well actually, the drum solo is on CD and it's quite popular. That's also why she danced to it so well. The drummer just added a bit.
And she's certainly better than what one often gets to see on those wedding videos as "professionals"...

Hi Amy, I think she's WTFing mostly at her new hubbie's obvious enjoyment of the dancer. ..l;,

Cultural notes:
The tight jeans are worn nowadays by many young women on the streets in Cairo with a LOT more coverage of the upper body - been there and seen it this year. The jeans themselves look like the designer jeans that cost about a week or more's wages in Cairo boutiques and so qualify as high-class clothing = expensive. The top is very stylish but incredibly revealing. It was at a wedding among family so was within barely acceptable parameters. Her totally covering cardigan or long duster style coat which she wore on her way to the wedding was probably draped over her chair.

She started out with her eyes downcast to show that she was "only a young woman dancing her feelings, NOT a professional dancer." After she got more comfortable with dancing in the spotlight, she loosened up and her chin came up.
