    Which Ishtar is this?

    Who is this dancer? There are at least a dozen Ishtars dancing, probably more, so googling the name doesn't help at all. The YouTube poster only accept emails from his friends, so I can't ask him. I tried asking our mutual friend who also has an account; he never got back to me. Help!

    I love her dancing, those flutters in time with the music!! It's not our local UK Ishtar.
