I trained under her for 2 years before I thought I was anywhere near close to being ready to teach, she's an invaluable asset to the community.

The below is her text:

I would like to announce a very special and unique class being offered
this summer on Monday evenings in Boston beginning June 4th. The
class has two parts. Please read the paragraph below for a full
description.

With a Master's in Education, and over 30 years of teaching belly
dance, I would like to offer to the community a special 8-week teacher
training course for belly dance teachers and aspiring teachers. The
first hour will be lecture with extensive handouts. The second hour
will be for student teaching, under my supervision. This second hour
is open to all, even those, perhaps especially those, not taking the
first hour teacher- training class. The student teacher will be
presenting 1/2 hour to 1 hour classes to all students (varying levels)
who sign up for this session. The second hour alone to be taken as a
regular dance class is $100 for 8 weeks.

Registration for the class is not capped, but the actual student
teaching for the second hour is, so if you are interested, I urge you
to register for the class as soon as possible. You may take the
two-hour class without the student teaching component, so this
shouldn't stop you from the experience of taking the full session.
When you register please indicate whether you are
interested in the student teaching component.
