I keep seeing this ad on Bhuz, so anyone here used this and know what it's about?

I haven't seen it but I am guessing it is some kind of tutorial on how to teach. But that is something you should receive in a real live class and only use this to enhance what you already know. Just like any kind of training.

Hi, yes I bought this pack from Shemiran just before starting up a new set of classes. I have found it very useful. The most valuable part for me was a very clear, structured, logical beginners' curriculum. I have based my syllabus and class structure on Shemiran's, and found it to be both effective and well-liked by students.

This is despite my having taught a moderate amount already. There are other aspects of the course that would be very useful for people with less teaching experience; those wanting new ways to explain concepts or techniques; and those wanting to break out of the rut of teaching through choreography, and instead get into real fundamentals. And have your students IMPROVISING right from the start in a safe way. It also includes info on the business side of teaching, how to advertise/take enrolments/keep records, etc, which may be handy for some novice teachers. And it has plenty of personality, with Shemiran's caring nature, and her thoughts and feelings about dance, showing through clearly in both the in-class footage and the notes.

The package is well put together, easy to use, and well structured. I did initially balk at the price but it has been well worth it in the time and stress it's saved me on my initial curriculum development, and in my student retention rate.
