Thread: BellydanceDownloads.com Class Lists

I have recently added "Class Lists" to BellydanceDownloads.com, with Tamra Henna's Classes as my first addition. Class Lists

I would be happy to put together a page for you to make it easy for your students to find the music they need for your class. Whether it's 3 songs or 30, I'd love to make your page.

What I need:
-list of songs you are using, please include artist or album if the song has a common name
-if you have more than one class, please indicate which songs are for which class
-provide how you would like to be listed (e.g. Kiyaana from Fredericksburg, VA) and the link for your website (if you have one)

I will link to your site in two places - on the main Class Lists page and also on your individual page.

Note: It's easiest for me to find links for songs that are available for download (Amazon, emusic, itunes) or that are on a CD that can be found through a major BD music seller (Amazon, Bellydance.com, Maqam). If you are using a hard-to-find song, I will do my best.

Please let me know if you have questions.

I don't teach, but I've found these lists really helpful in finding music to practice to. Thank you Kiyaana and thank you teachers for sharing!

This is wonderful! I'm starting to organize my music for my classes now. I'll definitely e-mail you when I've got everything together. I think my students will love this. I've had a lot of comments that students are having a hard time finding some of my music selections, so this will definitely help. I think this is a wonderful idea! Thanks so much for organizing it!

Thank you, this is a great service - I hope to use it when I, too, get organised! It's great to look through other lists to get ideas.

One suggestion for future page improvements - where you suggest 'also available at', it'd be great to list the CD title. Otherwise readers will have to guess.

I'm glad you mentioned this. Perhaps I'll list the album name along with the song title at the beginning of the row. Thanks!
