here are the basics,

When: September 22, 2007

Where: Curtis Hall Community Center
20 South Street
Jamaica Plain, Boston, MA view map

How: Attend a workshop designed to show you how to create the best possible outcomes on your photo shoots with experienced dancers who understand the intricacies of posing, make-up, ambience, and most importantly, how to maximize your best and minimize your worst features to get your $$$$'s worth from your photography session.


Who: Aazura and Bella-Di Dance Company.

A newly formed dance troupe (of primarily bella costume addicts!) and bhuzzers. including yours truly ..g.:

This event is in 3 parts. The initial session is designed to teach the dancer how to maximize her photography session.

The show is to give the dancer the opportunity to obtain high quality performance (i.e. real dance shots) photographs.

Then there is the studio session, providing each participant two hours to work with Michael Baxter, in a professional photo studio, with lackeys (i.e. troupe members) to help with make-up, hair and otherwise make sure you have a good experience.


Because of the unique nature of this event, PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!

Oh wow, this sucks. Michael Baxter available for pictures in the Northeast the one weekend in September when I'm away..cr.: . My only hope is that the demand is so great that you'll have to repeat the workshop the weekend after ..g.: . What can I say? La esperanza es lo ultimo que se pierde.

the workshop on how to get ready for a photo shoot is 9/22, the actual shoot is in October, try contacting Aazura...

nope, it's not on the same weeken, we made sure , but you need to contact Aazura and make sure it's all right.

How's my couch sounding I think I'll be ready for guests then...

Yay! I just sent in my payment. I'm sad I can't go to the workshop on the 22nd...it's on Yom Kippur unfortunately.

Michael B is a great photographer! My avatar is a candid he snapped at RakWest. He took so many good pix that it was hard to choose one!
