English word list for foreign students

I have a new student from Russia who has asked for a list of words that I will use in class that she might not know. I am happy to do this, but I don't want to either insult her, or forget important words.
Have any of you done this before?
Her example was the word "posture". She didn't ask for translations, just the words and she will look them up.

I have posture, pelvic tilt, engage (like muscles), rib cage, isolate, tilt, rotate

    What else?

I did put a definition for pelvic tilt and engage and a list of the names of the movements that she will learn.

    Thank you for your help.

    elastic
    tension
any anatomical words you use "sternum" "abdominal" "glutes" (some American students don't get those ^_~)
less common directional words like horizontal and vertical, maybe sagital

you might want to include a little bit of description for some words that are less straight forward, just so that she gets the right translation, for example the translation for "engage muscles" rather than "engage an audience"

It's impossible to predict what she might not know. The words mentioned here are good, but I would encourage her to speak up in class if she doesn't understand, or at least come to you after class and ask. She might even want to bring a small dictionary so she can look up words during class (assuming she doesn't interrupt).
