Thread: Dangnabbit

So question: If you teach at your local collage for one of the clubs and the last committee members of said club didnt really talk with you about any of the important information (I.E. flyers, waivers, dates, insurance, and student base)... and you let it go for this term but next term you want it all concreted out BUT then the leadership position changes hands and this person has no idea what ANYTHING is... how do you politely deal with the nitty gritty without making the poor girl cry?

"I'm kinda glad there's someone new in charge this term, because last term was a bit of a disaster in terms of getting details sorted out. As long as it's all couched in terms of "I want to do my best to help ease you in to your new role and make this work for both of us", I'm sure she won't dissolve into tears!
