Aszmara, a teacher of teachers, fiery performer, and a master at her craft, has vast knowledge and experience in technical as well as performance skills. Join us for this dynamic workshop, where Aszmara will teach a beautiful fan choreography and present on fusion. Her clarity in teaching choreography while maintaining a sense of fun will lead to an enjoyable experience for all.
Register early and save! Pay $70 if registered by or on 1/19/08; $75 from 1/20 - 2/14/08; $85 after 2/14 and at the door.

She is not only an absolute MASTER, a brilliant performer and wonderful teacher, but a great lady and anyone within the vicinity will KICK themselves vigorously if they miss out...Aszmara's terrific teaching changed my dance for the better forever...don't miss her!!!

I second this. Aszmara is a true genius and an amazing wealth of information. I can't believe how much I've evolved as a dancer even after studying with her for only a few months. She will absolutely inspire you.

And I got a sneak preview of the music she's using for your fan choreography....you're gonna LOVE it ..g.:

Now I just have to decide which fan to bring with me.
(hmm, or will they all fit in my bag....methinks I need bigger dance bag )

I need a dance bag the size of a small yacht to house all of my fans. Especially when my oversized candy pink burlesque-style Sally Rand ostrich feather fans arrive in the mail this week ..l;,

If the choice were up to me, I'd bring my fluffy marabou/peacock feather fans from Meleea, and a Spanish-style fan that opens and closes as backup. Just to give you a hint, the music is ooey-gooey and sexy ..g.: ..g.: ..g.:

Too bad Newark is a good 4-hour haul from Connecticut. I wish I could make it! ..cr.:

Princess Farhana was actually the one who recommended this vendor to me. I'm still waiting for my bad boys to ship, but I'll post pics when they arrive.

The great thing is, they offer TONS of colors and make a junior size that looks more proportional for little people like us. Check 'em out!
